Alatiphy is a free progressive web app (PWA) for streaming and downloading AlatiphA's original music, covering Rap, R&B, Remix, and Afrobeats tracks.
Visit the app link in your browser and wait for the install prompt, then tap Install. If the prompt doesn't appear, tap the 3 dots in your browser and select Add to Home Screen. On iPhone, tap the Share button then Add to Home Screen.
Yes. Every song you play while online is automatically saved in the background, so it'll play offline next time too — no need to download it first. The app itself also loads offline once installed.
Playback
Repeat Off plays through the playlist once and stops. Repeat One loops the current track. Repeat All loops the whole playlist. Shuffle picks the next track at random without repeating the current one.
Yes. The last played track, playback position, volume, and mute state are all saved automatically and restored the next time you open the app.
On mobile you can swipe left or right on the player to skip tracks, swipe down to collapse into the mini player, and swipe up to expand it again.
Songs, Playlists & Search
Use the filter tabs to browse All Songs, Recently Added, Rap, R&B, Remix, or Afrobeats. There's also a dedicated Favorites tab.
Tap the heart icon next to a song. It's saved to your Favorites list and stays available across sessions.
Typing in the search box filters the current playlist live as you type. The currently playing track always stays visible, and the clear button instantly resets your search.
Downloads & Sharing
Any song you play while online is automatically saved in the background for offline playback inside the app — no indicator, no extra storage used on your device. Tapping Download goes a step further: it saves an actual .mp3 file to your device's Downloads folder and marks the song with a ⬇ indicator.
Open the player menu (the three-dot icon) and tap Download. The song is saved as a real file on your device and appears in the Downloads view in the sidebar.
Open the player menu and tap Share. On supported devices this uses your phone's native share sheet; on desktop browsers it copies a link instead.
Appearance
Yes. Open the side menu and choose Auto, Light, or Dark under the Theme switcher. Auto follows your system's preference automatically.
Troubleshooting
Make sure you have a stable internet connection the first time you play or download a song — after that first play, it should also work offline. If the problem persists, tap Clear Data in the side menu to reset app data, then reopen with internet on.
It resets all app data, including downloaded songs, favorites, playback history, and cached files. Use it only if the app is misbehaving. You will need internet to redownload songs after clearing.
Close the app completely and reopen it. If it still doesn't work, tap Clear Data in the side menu, then reopen with internet on.
Support the Developer
